Louisiana Eco and Wildlife Tour

Spring (March – May)

• Clothing: Lightweight, breathable clothing like moisture-wicking shirts and comfortable pants or shorts.
• Footwear: Closed-toe shoes or sturdy sandals with good traction.
• Accessories: Sunglasses, a hat, and a light rain jacket (spring showers are common).
• Extras: Bug spray and sunscreen to protect against mosquitoes and UV rays.  Bugs are minimal and usually only come out during dawn and dusk for 1 hour.

Summer (June – August)

• Clothing: Loose-fitting, light-colored clothing to stay cool in the heat.
• Footwear: Water-resistant shoes or sandals with a secure fit.
• Accessories: A wide-brimmed hat, UV-blocking sunglasses, and a cooling towel.
• Extras: High-SPF sunscreen, insect repellent, and plenty of water to stay hydrated.  Bugs are minimal and usually only come out during dawn and dusk for 1 hour.

Each of our excursions is available to book privately each and every day! Private itineraries are welcome for the smallest of parties to the largest of groups.  If you notice that a tour is not available to be booked as a private that means someone has started booking it as a public tour. If you only have a specific time to join us as a private tour, please reach out to us via phone and we can probably accommodate your request.

Yes our boat is both covered and has a bathroom onboard.  As well our seats have cushions on them.
